Payment is due on or before the due date specified on the invoice.

If any amount remains unpaid after the due date, Glitz Detailing may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it:

• Charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.
• Charge a late payment administration fee of $143.00 for each overdue invoice.
• Recover from the customer all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in recovering the outstanding debt, including but not limited to debt collection agency fees, legal costs on a full indemnity basis (to the maximum extent permitted by law), court filing fees, enforcement costs, tracing fees and any other recovery expenses.

Any payment received may be applied first towards recovery costs, then interest, then late payment administration fees, and finally the principal amount outstanding.

The customer acknowledges that the above charges represent a genuine estimate of the costs likely to be incurred by Glitz Detailing as a result of late payment and are not intended to operate as a penalty.

Glitz Detailing reserves the right to suspend, postpone or refuse to perform any further services, or withhold delivery of any vehicle or property in its possession (where legally permitted), until all outstanding amounts, including interest, fees and recovery costs, have been paid in full.

Nothing in this clause limits any other rights or remedies available to Glitz Detailing under these Terms and Conditions or at law.
