Detailing Studio
The clay bar is rubbed over the surface of the car (usually with a lubricant) to safely pull out embedded particles from the clear coat without damaging the paint. After claying, the paint feels smooth and is prepped for polishing or waxing.

As we have a large custom-built trailer, we’re able to carry many commercial tools ensuring that we have the right tool for the job.
Here are the tools which we bring to your house to achieve amazing results:
- No more water spots #Filtered Water: Our detailing studio has a built in triple filter water filtration system. So we’re cleaning both the exterior with filtered water and steam cleaning the interior with filtered water. What benefit does this provide you, no more water spots when your car is being cleaned and dries in the sun as the minerals have been removed.
- Steam cleaning at no extra charge #Combined Vacuum/steam machine: Our commercial vacuum steams whilst it vacuums.
- Safer clean #Petrol Pressure Washer: Our Petrol pressure washer has a more powerful pump than what a normal electrical pressure washer uses. This is therefore safer on your vehicle than any other car detailers electric machine unless they have 3 phase power to their studio which is unlikely. The more powerful pump allows it to pump out more water to remove more physical contaminants prior to us touching the clearcoat.
- Right tool for the job #Many Rupes buffing machines: We have both rotary and dual action buffing machines to allow us to achieve amazing results.
- Extract sand, dirt and dog hair #Drill brushes: Our drill brushes allow us to agitate dog hair and sand ensuring that your car interior is spotless. It also allows us the thoroughly shampoo upholstery and floor mats.
- Clean pads and clean interior #Air compressor: We’re able to keep our buffing pads clean with our air compressor to ensure that they do the best job possible.
Types of clay
We use two types of clay bars and many different grades of clay bar. The two types we use are:
- Synthetic #We use in the cleaning process: Very good for restoring shine
- Natural Clay #We use in detail preparation: Excellent for restoring shine
How it works

Our process
Our process is:
- Snow Foam #Emulsify the dirt: we firstly snow-foam the exterior to emulsify the dirt
- Pressure wash off #Petrol pressure wash off: we use the power of the petrol pressure washer to remove the majority of debris
- Mechanical decontamination #Clay bar: we then thoroughly clay bar the entire exterior with lubrication
- Rinse #Rinse with filtered water: we rinse off the suds and lubricants with filtered water
- Dry #Dry the exterior: we then dry the car thoroughly
