- Vacuum #Vacuum loose debris: we’ll firstly vacuum the loose hairs which are on the surface
- Steam clean #Steam clean: we’ll steam clean the item in question
- Ensure the item is clean #Steam with diamond head: we’ll then re-steam with the diamond head which provides super hot steam killing all bacteria and viruses
