Please note that we take every effort to take utmost care with the asset we’re working on. We do however take no responsibility for damage provided by our staff and/or machinery used. This includes but is not limited to aging and lower cost vehicles and their properties. This includes but is not limited to the condition of
- stitching
- leather
- carpets
- plastics
- rubber
- clearcoat
- gelcoat
- paintwork
- interior and exterior electrical and mechanical componentry etc.
As we use water/steam inside the vehicle, you need to let your vehicle interior dry completely before closing the doors and the windows.
Additional charges may be incurred for the condition of the vehicle including general cleanliness, dog hair and sand. Prior to us commencing, we request that you identify any particular areas of interest where you’d like us to focus. We request that you inspect all areas of interest of the vehicle upon completion. If you elect not to inspect, this will be your authorisation of the job. If you require us to come back to perform any additional work, this will incur an additional callout fee.
Terms of Service
Late Payment & Recovery Costs
If payment is not received by the due date stated on the invoice:
Interest
Interest will be charged at 18% per annum, compounded daily, beginning from the invoice due date until full payment is received.
Liability for Recovery Costs
You agree to be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by Glitz Detailing in recovering overdue amounts, including:
Internal Costs:
Administrative and follow-up time billed at $198 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments, for any communication or action relating to payment recovery (including SMS, phone calls, or in-person follow-up).
External Costs:
All external fees reasonably incurred by Glitz Detailing, including but not limited to legal fees, debt-collection fees, and third-party recovery charges. These costs will be added to the outstanding amount and will accrue the same interest rate and daily compounding described above.
